How does the Toniebox work?
The Toniebox is an imagination-building, screen-free speaker that plays stories, songs, and more. Once you place a Tonie figurine on top, the box recognizes the content and begins playing automatically.
What is the difference between a Tonie and a Creative-Tonie?
Standard Tonies come with pre-recorded stories or music. Creative-Tonies allow you to record up to 90 minutes of your own custom content, such as personal stories or messages from loved ones, via the Tonies app.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100-day happiness guarantee. If you or your little ones are not completely satisfied with your Toniebox or Tonies, you can return them for a full refund within 100 days of purchase.
Does the Toniebox require Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is required for the initial setup of your Toniebox and to download new Tonie content for the first time. Once the content is fully downloaded, you can play your Tonies anywhere without an internet connection.
