Return Process

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery.

  Securely place the Toniebox, Tonies, or accessories in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
